Great vid my man! Lots of solid training there for the kids to be mechanical, and specifically 7.3. When you and I are dead they will be posting here. 
A bit of management mentoring; the older one sat too much, just watching. Give him tasks worthy of his abilities. He needs a challenge or he'll get distracted. The younger was fully engaged, well done.
