Once my truck shows up, I'm thinking about the Rokblokz since it protects alot more. Anyone here have any? One bad thing tho is they cost alot more than Husky.
I have them on my Tacoma, plan on putting a set on my 2022 when it shows up. I like them quite a bit.
If you order them as an option on the truck they are $130 for the set of 4, AFAIK you can get the weathertech for less than $100.
That is true if adding them at time of order, I was under the impression that he has the truck in his possession. So in the context of this thread, the OEM MSRP for $99.98 for all 4 (They did when I used Fordpass points to buy them). I have seen them as low as $90. Weathertechs from most places sell for $89.99 for the 4, but I have seen them for $79.99. Thus the reason I stated the OEM were only $10 more. Husky are priced lower than both.
I noticed a truck recently with the OEM flaps going down the road.
They did flap a lot (no pun intended) like an old lady with bingo wings sky diving.
That's surprising, I have the OEM flaps like shown in post #10, they are a pretty rigid plastic. I admittedly haven't seen what they are doing while going down the highway, but if they were flapping I would expect them to rip off.

There’s a popular RV YouTube’r who spent a long time and a lot of miles trying to figure out a noise. In the end it was the OEM flaps banging against the side step boards.
Im not suggesting that others don’t do it as well.
For my use I’m probably going with Rock Tamers. And only when I’m pulling the travel trailer.
fit it terrible and required some plastic hacking for even a reasonable fit.. the kick back is not very much and they collect a ton of sand, mud and fines around the bracket and between the body. i've been meaning to finish my install video review for a while now...🤦♂️
$100. for OEM Mud flaps is more than reasonable. If they're loose, they're not installed properly or missing hardware. The factory installed Front Mud Flaps on F450's were a bit long, because of that, there were complaints of them being damaged. But generally speaking, saving a few bucks buying aftermarket accessories over buying OEM is waisting money. Very few, simple bolt on accessories have the engineering and quality behind them like OEM accessories do.

It has generally been my experience that the aftermarket accessories I purchase are usually more expensive than OEM as the aftermarket parts are superior in quality and materials. Granted, you can find some cheap knockoffs but if you want quality stuff, it’s going to cost you.
