Or whatever it might be called for the '57 to '60 trucks. Didn't even know the "fridge" moniker until just today. Is that correct? Was not even aware of the "Dentside" and "Bumpside" nicknames until joining the forum.
Anyway, I read the most recent 10 pages of threads, then searched the nearest 15 pages using some different search terms, with no luck.
So maybe it does not exist? Or more likely I'm just not looking for the correct title.
Anyway, just wanted a place to show my neighbor's '59 Utility/Ladder truck.
He's been slowly fiddling it back to something more resembling it's heyday, but has already made himself very useful around town with trimming trees, rescuing cats, and general roof maintenance.
If someone has a link to a general picture thread (that I was too blind to find on my own) by all means post it and I'll have a mod transfer this over there.
Thanks!
I think it's a great addition to the neighborhood myself. I know not all the "new" neighbors appreciate vintage iron in front, but some of us still think anything like this is cool.
I'll get a shot from the front too, but I think the business end is what makes it so interesting.
now let's see some more. Can be on your street, in a TV commercial or movie, or just passing you by on the freeway on a trailer. Wherever you see 'em, post 'em.
