As a long time Rockauto.com customer, I want to share a very recent issue. Ordered part, shipping label created, USPS never received it, notified RA via “order” website, drop down response states I have to wait over three weeks for resolution.
Two points; there is no longer any human customer service, just a “canned” response, and understand that if there is an issue with shipping, it will not be resolved quickly.
Also, “terms and conditions” give a different process to resolve shipping issues, but they are probably left over from the “human service” era.
It was great while it lasted.

I too am a former customer. Their impressive inventory, good pricing and fast shipping kept me until a simple issue happened. Replacement rear shocks for my bone stock daily driver had substantially less travel limits than the OEM shocks. Realized it before installing and tried to call and speak to a real person before reordering. Impossible! I returned them and wrote a note expressing displeasure with their policy. There was no response.
