I got the last part of my order from Truck Performance Center ( a Autometer 15316 single guage pillar pod) yesterday. This ends my business with them. My ordeal started back in May when I ordered a set of headers for a E-350SD and received a set for a F series. (they don't interchange) Back they went. Then I was charged a $136.00 restocking fee on an original billing of $680.00
NO BLOODY WAY! I had told the salesman that it was a E-series and I paid the return freight. I got the supervisor on the phone and made a deal to credit the $136.00 to a future purchase. I ordered some guages and a set of pods (1 dual and a single) It was like pulling eye teeth. more than once I was LIED to by Erik. But that is over finally. HOWEVER BE WARNED! If you do business with TPC YOU DO SO AT RISK.
