F350 disk brake conversion?

The original factory drum brakes suck compared to modern disc brakes! That's why. Even with a power booster added, my '65 F-350 has uncomfortably long stopping distances when heavily loaded.
Yes, the stock truck "still stops". But if it takes 250 feet to stop from 60 mph instead of 150 feet, and a soccer mom with a minivan full of kids pulls out in front of you 160 feet away... you do the math.

My math says if you can slide the tires the adhesion limit was exceeded. Via drum or disk, no matter stopping is rubber to road friction. Heating up and fading is an entirely different matter while hauling...
