There's a few reasonably priced aftermarket stripe kits on Ebay and a few other places. A local vinyl shop could make them as well. The OEM ones would be pretty pricey if you have to buy them all separately. https://www.tascaparts.com/v-2018-fo...ape-and-decals

The OEM ones are good quality. My wife's truck is three years old and the stripes still look like new.
