I Just purchased an 04' F-350, XLT, SC, DRW, with the V-10,and 6-speed, and 4:30 LS, It seems like a great combination, but with only 164 miles on it, I wont be doing many mods yet ! I hear the Accu-fab throttle body is a nice mod that bolts on for some extra Get-up-&-Go, Im thinking others will chime in with more on this .
