Drivers Seat rework
I have a ‘97 F-250HD and the driver’s seat is about done. Any referrals for a vendor selling new foam cushion, seat back and cloth seat replacement? Thanks

From what I have seen on here and other places , the go to is to get newer seats from bone yard and adapt. I have not seen a vendor . I replaced my cushion on the drivers seat with a new one from a 99-2000, My covers are still in good shape.

Buckets can swap foam from side to side. I think the spring box itself was the same too. Been a while since I had them apart, even managed to find replacement lumbar bladders and heated elements for when I redo mine for real. I have seen full bench foam available in LMC. Maybe it could be adapted for the 40/20/40 seats?
I have an '01 Screw here, I can check my bucket foam from the dually and compare it to it as the 01 has buckets too. Might be close enough and that foam is available all over new online and used in JYs.
Material is probably better off for a good upholstery shop...or steal it off of rear seats which are always like new. Gotta think outside the box.

You can get replacement upholstery from rock Auto or dash designs. Can totally use passenger foam or the whole passenger seat on the driver's. Just deal with recliner lever in the middle and move lumbar switch.
Buckets and 60/40 seats are different but bolt up. The bucket will sit about an inch taller and little more closer to the wheel. Buckets have more padding it seems. I moved the passenger seat to driver's side and put color match bucket on passenger side with my 60/40. Looks good.
