I have a 2018 F-250 and have lowered the rear end to level the truck. The block the shop put in is a 1-inch flat block without a bump stop flange. I was going to install the airbags today and realized the lower bracket on the AIRLIFT kit 88399 sits on the bump stop flange, The bracket has the curvature of the axle, so could I install it onto the axle with upper and lower brackets? If this is not possible, I see three options:
1. Order 2 inch Ford OEM blocks
2. Order 1 1/2 PMF blocks
3. Order Firestone kit
Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Reason: Misleading
I also have an ‘18 250. I installed the PMF 1.5” rear blocks with the optional airbag mounts, then install the airlift 5000s.
Was thought to get the airbag mounts all bolted together. I had to shave off some of the rounded heads of the carriage bolts in order to fit into the 1.5” blocks
edit to say: I wouldn’t put the airbag mounts directly on the axle unless you are going with no rear block. The bags would potentially stretch too far and rip. The bottom of the bag should stay at the level of the bottom of the spring pack
