Core charges

I'm probably a solution looking for a problem, but how many of yall have paid a core charge and either decided youd rather keep your core or wish you would have. If so, what did it cost you?

Minus the part where it gets refunded to the original payment method. So unless you paid cash your going to have a problem.

You probably answered yourself. It costs time to buy old injectors or engine etc., shipping and tax. That saves you sometimes more than 50%.

What I tried to say is what is involved to complete the loop. A person would acquire the used items from someone, the return it with the receipt to get refund. The difference between the core charge in the receipt and the cost of acquiring the old item as core is the profit.
Whoever has the motivation to perform part of the deal benefit from it. Also sorry for thumb typing, terse writing.
