There's a dorman replacement part for that. They are not very high quality and I don't know that they are actually spring steel, more like stamped copies.
It's probably easier to pull the door than the fender, 4 bolts vs. disassembling most of your front clip.

Might just have to make one. I have a press and a mill. Looks like 0.100" cold rolled. 1.7" wide. Won't know how long until I get the Dorman piece in. And I guess the 'Adjustable Door Eisle" just bumped itself to the top of the list for projects. I was going to build one to hold the door on the Mustang when I rebuild the hinges on it. That should burn through some of the 1x1 oak stickers I have laying around.
