99 7.3 issues
Hi, I’m going to look at a 99 f350 7.3 and the seller says that when it comes to a stop, it doesn’t accelerate properly but if he puts it in reverse first and then into drive it goes fine. Any help would be great thanks, Steve

Sounds like some serious transmission problems, so drive it and then discount the asking price by $4000-$4500 so you can pay a Ford dealer to put in a rebuilt transmission. That's what I did when I bought my truck a bit over a month ago. The new transmission is delightful.
