Tires

Ok I know this is a loaded question but here goes....It's time for tires on my '95 PSD 2wd. Most of my time is on paved roads but every couple of weekends I'm in need of better off road traction, I have some property that's between nowhere and BFE, anybody got any suggestions/opinions?

Thanks
John

I just purchased the Bridgestone Dueler REVO's. So far I love them. They're quite and smooth on the highway. I drove in a hellacious rain storm yesterday and they were great. I haven't done the snow thing yet. A friend of mine in upstate NY recommended these to me. He said they were awesome in the snow. I guess I'll find out. I went with the 285/75/16's. They fill the wheel wells a little better without looking obnoxious.
Here's a write up on them

Since your have a 2wd w/ diesel, most of your weight is up front. It will help your rear wheel traction a heck of a lot if you put some weight in the bed.
