On retail orders 10 is the highest priority a dealer can give. so probably they gave their inventory a 10 and you an 11. but 11 isn't bad at all. I still wouldn't plan on seeing it anytime before August.

Thank you, makes sense I suppose, was hoping it was the other way around, but it is what it is...
I ordered mine a few weeks ago and got a G2 priority ( fleet account ) , which means 2nd week of July. so I think it's unrealistic for anyone ordering to expect our orders to be built before the dealer gets a run of inventory headed their way. I hope to see mine in August but I think September is more realistic given the shortages of parts.

Agreed. Here is the production info.
I ordered mine 3/26 and am shooting for Labor Day. Anything before that I will be happy.
I thought this web article describing the ordering process and priority codes was interesting. I thought I would add a link so others here could read it. And to add to the discussion, I think the start up of production year 2022 may slip because of the cut back of a shift at the Louisville Truck Plant due to a shortage of computer chips and they have accepted orders for the 2021 production year.

I saw this article from FORD and it described a true Fleet Order like you describe. I will add it for everyone to read. While you have a desired production timing for your order, it says clearly that they do not guarantee a build week.
Yes I think all they guarantee is that they'll try.
digz , if you have a fleet order they should give you a build week and that is your priority number. maybe 20 is just a default code until they set it. my fleet priority code is G2 and it came 24 hours after the order was placed so you might check back with them.

My read on these priorities is that unless you are real fleet customer, the fleet department will put the order in the same as retail order. That means the priority number will be like 10 to 20. The numeric code like G2 is simply a build week that is the desired build week asked for by the dealer. Reading from the articles that I posted, the codes change yearly to correspond to the model number months of production. And fleet orders have a priority/allocation within the system. No guarantees are given to the dealers that the build will happen that week. I ordered my truck in 2017 thru the fleet department and was assigned a retail priority.
Fleet- Fleet doesn't go through the allocation system. Fleet gets a percentage of the weeks production and schedules by order date so this eliminates any time differences between dealers and also allows them to sell to fleets without using a allocation that should go to a normal customer. Fleet unit sales don't count to earn allocation either.
Internal FORD ordering and allocation is hard to understand and complicated. I put these thing here to help others learn and understand. But noone really knows it all unless you are on the inside.
