Programmer/scan tool
What scan tool/programmer is popular? I don’t need a “professional” version, but I would like to be able to do contribution tests and check sensor out puts, and on more than just my 7.3.

Forscan is free and will allow full access to your PCM and other computers on Ford vehicles
you will need 2 specific things to run Forscan,
1. windows 7 or 10 PC
2. OBDlink Ex or Sx. ( ex being made specifically for the Forscan protocals )
I use a Dell lattitude 2110 refurbished with rubberized case, got it on on ebay for $50
