Does anyone know where I can get the SCT X4 tuner with the EGR delete programmed into it for my 2005 6.0 powerstroke?

They are no longer available. The only possibility (an illegal one) is to buy an old one on ebay that still works and not update it. I would not bother. I recommend that you talk with the folks at Different Strokes in Anchorage. IMO, they are the most knowledgeable Ford Diesel shop in Alaska. Good luck, Russ
