V 10 spark Plug

V 10 spark Plug
I have a 2008 F53 V10 motorhome on a 2007 chassis with the engine built before October 2007 so I must have split plugs. I have read all the post about these spark plugs and I 'am aware of ford TSB.I also know about the extracting tool 65600 and 65700. I know about these plug braking because of carbon build up and so on. I am an industrial mechanic. Having said this I have a few questions.
Is there a chance to brake the plug when you initially crack the plug 1/8 to1/4 turn before adding the carburetor cleaner or do they only brake when the tip pull through the head because of carbon?
Anybody actually change these plugs with out braking any?
I have 58000 miles on my motorhome and I'm thinking it would be better to change the plugs
now rather than at 100000 miles .
Thanks

My son has a 04 5.4 and when we changed plugs a couple broke off. Bought the tool to get them out at NAPA about $100. Did not know they were a problem when we started to pull them and after 1 broke read up on the net on issues. Calls for NICKLE antisieze spread on threads AND the plug nose. They seem to break after the initial turn to get the carb cleaner in if you just turn away on them. There are replacement 1 piece plugs now and they seem to be better but would use the tsb technique also, plus the right antisieze.
