I’ve just put in a new ECM in my 88 4.9 F250 (works great)
Coming from the ECM harness there is a ground cable attached to the fender and this other cable (pictured) that is a non-insulated stainless steel cable that is just hanging from the harness. Should it be hooked up anywhere?
