Blower Motor Issue
Low speed on the A/C blower motor went out.
Testing power at the fan plug with the ignition on and the truck not running, I see 12.25 volts on the top 3 speeds, but only 11 volts on low speed and that voltage continues to drop as I watch the meter.
So the fan seems fine, but I've got a voltage/power issue somewhere up the line?

What specifically are you working on? Identification is needed in order to look at the correct diagrams.
Are you testing at the blower plug with the blower connected or disconnected? Which wire (harness side)?

I wasn't able to test under load as is normally required, so I tested the voltage at the fan as described above.
Proper testing (under load, at the fan with it running) shows 12.66, 9.35, 6.78, and 0 volts for the 4 speeds.
Looks like the problem's in the dash, not the blower motor.
