AOD Trans hardware

I have the Lokar kit for my AOD. I removed the engine and trans a year ago and now I'm putting the truck back together. I am missing the TV lever nut that secures the tv cable to lever at the transmission. (page 2 of the attachment highlighted) Does anyone know where to find these? I have searched all day and short of spending the 100 dollars on the whole kit again i cannot find a place that sells just the hardware. Thank you in advance.

Looks like something you could make easy enough. Or maybe use the factory nut but you will need a socket to put it on since it looks it would be down in the arm? For $100 I'd make one.
