What would you suggest using on the 2v 5.4 in the way of Superchargers. I have forged pistons and H beam rods to ensure no internal failures.

Cheers

anyway, most folks prefer the “Eaton swap” (gen 2 Lightning supercharger setup

or a Procharger D1SC

fuel mods
i/c cooling mods
proper tune from a knowledgable tuner not just some random with tuning software
no 2 gear kickdowns or WOT into OD

If you have the room and the money a ProCharger is the best one IMHO
Any one will be better than no supercharger
A Paxton or Eaton is the obvious choice I believe there are several kits available (possibly not for a 2v though)
That Allen was out of production years ago right? M90 based means not quite up to much boost on a 5.4

Why not run a big turbo? or better yet two and a big intercooler?
Cheap? easy and readily available

The Op's question will not be answered because no one is running one?
A quick internet search will show why
