Ive got an Aus released f250 superduty. Mine is a 5.4 2v PI heads with 4r100 box 2wd. Ive done a lot of upgrades and now having troubles with a suitable tune. Unfortunately here in Aus theres next to no support for these things.
Im posting this here because i believe m9st of the tuning is done for these modifications in the F150s so hoping you guys can help. Mods list Forged crank Mahle forged pistons Hbeam scat rods hi flow oil pump Billet rear main seal housing MMR timing chains guides tensioners ALLENS engineering supercharger and intercooler system. (was running 2inch pulley 12lb, but back to 2.5inch which im getting around 6-7lb) want to go back to 12lb once tune is good. 39lb injectors 4bar fuel press regulator extractors thru to twin 3 inch exhaust 90mm lightning MAf as stock one insufficient at 12lb. heads all rebuilt to standrd spec with upgraded guides and valves real time lambda gauge for peice if mind while running. It does run a propane injectiin system also for efficiency. I can select between orop and gas in cab. This is her problem ive got is. the full internal s build h asppened after an aus tuner cooked it lean on his dyno. So i splashed out and built a solid platform.
The original tune it had prior to dying had 250kw at the wheels. With supercharger etc.but not rebuilt internally.
Now its been rebuilt and fuel system upgraded etc he cant get it to run proper numbers. he says its asafe tune and is stuffing me around . Ive done 10k miles since build. I need a tune from somebody who knows these trucks. The guy i used before has never tuned a f250. He plugged a harley 2005 tune into it and said all done but it is making bugger all torque now.
Long story short can any body helpmeout with a tune for my girl so i can start loving to drive her again
