I'm really excited how you will solve that "Oilpan issue" .
Since that Engine is pretty heavy i wanted it sitting as low and as far backwards as possible because of the best makable weight distribution.
Your oilpump will touch the steeringrack so that is the tightest spot. I moved the engine forward until i had about 1/2" between oilpan and Steeringrack.
Than i cut an original Olipan and built a new, deep sump around that sitiuation.
I wanted a 7quart capacity Pan.
