I saw that one on craigslist, too. I don't believe the windows to be factory, but added sometime subsequent. It looks like they did a good job, probably done a long time ago, and purposeful for whoever did it, or had it done.
I always liked fridge panels, with the little kick-up on the roof. This one looks really clean, and deserving of a restoration. So many projects, so little time. (and money)

I agree, non stock but whoever installed them did a pretty good job. A lot of times they just look butchered. That truck wouldn't look too bad cleaned up and painted.

I would think that the windows were put in by an aftermarket coach company like Seibert Coach. My first thought was that the windows were added for hauling a crew of workers. But there are no seats in the back, nor do I see holes in the floor where seat would have been screwed into the floor.
