question on 351w

What is the difference between a 351W or a 351W HO.
to me the output specs arn't any different, mines an 87 f150 says 351W HO on the air cleaner (1987 last of the 4 Barrels)
A couple of months ago everyone was getting excited and checking all their 351W's to see if they had those 4 Valve per cyl HO heads.............Geeeeeeeeeez.
the book says 1987 351W 4bbl 190hp @4000rpm
torque 285ft lbs @2600rpm
1988 351W EFI 210hp @3800rpm
torque 315ft lbs @2800rpm
to me the difference is efi over 4bbl
my Vin# is H just like any other 351W .... even though the aircleaner and the valve cover sticker says 351W HO.
so anyway .... be happy.... according the numbers you do have a special motor compared to my 351W HO
Oh, By the way my son has a 1985 Mustang T-Top it has a 302 HO

mines not a 351w. its a 351w ho with efi. 
basicaly from what ive found its pretty close to the cobra 351 ho efi except it lacks the gt-40 heads. i have yet to find the specs to my engine. all i get when i search are the 385-400 hp 351w ho efi cobras specs. i can't find the non cobra one. anyon ehave a link? for that matter anyone have a link to a stock cobra 351w ho efi? all the cobras ive found are rebuilt.
