Sync 3, no call sound?

Sync 3, no call sound?
Anyone else run into issue of no phone call sound through phones connected blue tooth? I unpaired and repaired a bunch of times, messed with all sound settings, phone volumes ect.

I've had it happen a few times, for some reason just with my wife's phone. Called her twice in one day and could not hear her and it was like phone never connected. She said on her end she could hear my radio playing. I called 4 other people that morning with no problem. Is this what your is doing?

I’ve had that happen, and I’m also having an issue with my audio to the person I’m talking to where I sound like I’m in an echo chamber. Weird thing is it only happens after 10-12 minutes on the phone. 2020 model.
Iphone 11, and it seemed to happen after the last Sync 3 update.

Basically Bluetooth music plays fine, but calls through Android auto and just sync with Android auto disabled won't play over the speakers at all incoming or outgoing. Have to switch to handset which is ****ty as live in hands free state.
