79 F600 VIN decode
From what I’ve found it has a 370 and I know it has a 2 speed rear end just don’t know what it’s rating is.
I have a picture of the VIN tag from the door below

F60 = F600 2WD gas
C = 370 2V
V = Kentucky Truck Plant
FC1057 = 1979 numerical sequence
158 = 158 inch wheelbase
No color code, painted non-standard color
F607 = 1979 F600 gas, 2WD, 19,700lbs GVWR
AA8 = Standard regular cab. I don't have the full decode for upholstery, seat type etc.
A = New Process model 435 four speed transmission
F3 = Eaton model 15201 two speed rear axle, 15,000lbs capacity, 6.33/8.81 ratios
No front axle code.
19700 = 19,700lbs GVWR
525325
52 = Dallas District Code
5325 Special Order Number.
As to the 370, I have never been able to find the published HP/TQ for those or the 429 truck engine. With the two speed, it will do ok but you will hit a wall about 60 to 65 mph if it's running right.
