Need help!!!

1972 ford ranger xlt header bolts is stripped (possibly cross threaded) and I can't get a vice grip on it what should I do I have replacement bolts for after so I'm not afraid to mess them up more then they already are...

Do you have a welder? Weld a nut onto the stripped bolt.

I do have a welder but have no idea if it even works or how to use it lol

Do you mean you have a bolt broken off in the head that holds your header flange onto the head?
