Sync3 upgrade help
I have been trying to upgrade my Sync3 ver2.0 software to ver3 in my 2017 Ford Explorer. It takes a long time on "system upgrading" but I've been successful several times getting to the splash screen that states update is complete you may remove your USB and the install will be completed when I turn off the car and restart. However, when a check the version, no upgrade has happened and still at version 2.0. I've started fresh with new download from the Ford site as well as different USB drive etc.
Any suggestions?
