Fab it out of some angled, flat (junk) stock with the MIG, fitment (during the fab) on-vehicle. Tolerances aren't that bad but I would point out Ford's crappy embedded threaded inserts (in that "plastic" junk inlet) that are frequently missing, loose or otherwise broken on many vehicles due to an underlying chitty design.
