no start after injector replacement

Really got me stumped. 2011 F350 125k miles

Truck had an injector fail, leaking, low fuel rail pressure, smoked/knock then shut down. Towed home, isolated faulty in injector with block off cap, truck started up, ran it around for a few miles on 7 cylinders, ran fine. this was the third such injector failure in 2 years so decided to replace the six that were not recently done. Broke one of the return fitting so also had to put in a new return line set. No signs of metal in filters.

Replaced and programed 6 reman injectors, reassembled, bled fuel a few times, no start. hooked up IDS, fuel rail pressure never went above 380, low pressure fuel satisfies switch, no leaks, and after numerous cycles engine cranked like it should, no sign of fuel buildup in cylinder, uneven compression ects.

Loosened up fittings, let the lp pump push fuel through any where I could, no change. Pinched off injector bleed at filter and removed one cap at injector to check for excessive need, none.

Mystified why pump is not making more pressure, any help is appreciated. Ran fine before injector replacement.

Did you ever figure out what caused this issue? Having similar problems, all of the threads I have read, everyone just stops posting, not sure if that's because they figured it out or just gave up lol.
