I'm not aware of any US market Ford that is built outside of the US, Canada or Mexico.
Edit- I read your wiki link and do see that India made Ecosport was introduced and sold in the US starting 2018. Destination and delivery on a 2021 is $1245.

Just because they have a manufacturing or assembly plant in another country, like India, doesn't mean that vehicle is shipped to and sold in the US.
