The 7.3L Centurions were built off of an F350 Crew Cab base as I recall. They also made a half-ton version that was built off a Bronco. IDK about value - everything is worth what somebody is willing to pay. They are not especially sought-after AFAIK.
The value is based on how much the buyer wants one of these. Your F350 was converted to a dually by Centurion using adapters for the wheels and bolt on dually fenders. Usually other embellishments were added like stripes and custom overhead consoles
Centurion also made "Four Door Broncos" that started life as super cab chassis. From there Centurion extended the frames then grafted on a Bronco rear. The roof was an awful vinyl overlay. Poor QC and rust plagued these beasts. They came as F350, F150 and F250 chassis versions.
Thanx for the link. This is like an E350 with a box. It is a dually, 4 door with a 1.5'-2' area behind it, then the pick up box. Only claimed to have 56k miles. I am concerned about rust and low power compared to my PSD. Also very concerned with the $8000 price.

If you're going to try to compare a 7.3IDI, naturally aspirated to a 7.3 Powerstroke/T444E, you're going to find it lacking. It's gonna pull hard, but it's going to be slow. If you can't deal with that, just move along.
I have a 96 version if what you're looking at. I love it, drive it almost everyday. They also had a company do some performance mods to the engine on mine.
