Has anyone installed WeatherTechs side window deflectors? These are the in window channel rain guards. The most recent review on their website is 2018, so I’m looking for a more current review.

Sorry, can't answer your question directly, however, I have ALWAYS used AutoVentshade's (AVS) "InChannel" side window deflectors, since my 2007 Ford Ranger! That's the Ranger, an '08 F-250, a '15 F-350, my current 2019 F-450 and my wife's 2012 Ford Fusion! NEVER a problem... follow their directions, clean the channels well with their alcohol wipes first and they stick forever! No whistling noises on any of the vehicles either! Very happy with THAT product! Opinion only!
I have a set of the weathertech in channel front visors I will sell *cheap* if anyone wants them. I just thought they were too dark with my window tint for the dark Michigan winters so I yanked them after one month. If interested just let me know!
I added them to our 2020 F-450 CC about 4-5 months ago. Didn't shot a video on it, but The install was pretty straightforward. Just had to watch the edge didn't get hung in the window as it was lowered or raised. The vents, just need a little time and heat, to form exactly to the window opening, once they are in place and the window up for a week or so, they never had an issue. I also generally used Autoshade, but wanted to try something new, so I went with Weather Tech for the windows, Floor liners, bed liner and tailgate liner. Could not be happier with the quality and ease of install.

If you look carefully they all have a different look. I have WeatherTechs because I like the look. I never put the metal clip on each window on the forward edge that pushes into the guide, they work great. A vehicle needs the function of a cracked window in the rain or snow sometimes.
I have used AVS for years. I have had AVS warp in the sun in the past and they sent replacements immediately after I provided photos. I have them on my new 2021. I am sure Weathertechs are good too.
I use the stick on thin covers. We had the in channels on my wifes Escape and they would hit the window all the time in the summer and cause it to go back down.

Had to do this... unrelated to the subject but complimentary, I hope! Love your wheels (even though they wouldn't fit on my F-450) :-(
