Bed fitting issues
Hi Everybody, first post here. I have a 2014 F250 Super Duty Single Cab Long Bed and I need a new hood and bed. I thought I could find a hood easier than a bed, but I was wrong. I can't find a hood at any junk yard. Search continues for that item.
However, here comes the real question: would a 2018 F150 Super Duty Long bed fit my truck? I have found a few bed on Craigslist and junk yards, but most are very expensive. I was able to find this item in question on CL but not sure if it will fit my truck.

I think 2017 brought a different body line and the bed looks off/funny on the older cab. I wish a 17 bed would work and look right on my 09, you can get new take offs here with gate for 1200, not a single ding or scratch from a yard who has 30 of them, all white though.

The above info is correct for your bed. For the hood you're stuck with 11-16, I'm pretty sure those are all the same, they changed the front end in '11 and I don't think they changed it again until the new body style in '17.

Try "car-part.com:! I found a bed from a Salvage yard for my 2002 F 250 XLT Crew Cab and a front driver fender as well as rims and tires. They are a collection of Salvage yards and junk yards posting what they have. I even found a trio of front seats in NY, I currently live in FL> The yard arranged the shipping, easy-peasy. You have to search and expand your net. They are out there, you just have to look. Every region of the country is on this website.
