Early 2011 glowplug and connecting rod issues

In the door jam of my truck on that sticker it says the date of my truck is 04/11. I read somewhere that any truck built after 03/29/11 will have the revised glow plugs. I am looking into adding a larger turbo and fuel system to my ‘11 and i am wondering if glowplugs should be something to worry about on my date truck.

On another subject, I heard that these trucks have connecting rods that are a little on the weaker side. Would 600 hp be safe enough for the connecting rods or is that too much?
