CBC tv in Canada did a story on Fords refusal to recall these trucks and replace these faulty tie rods.Ford rep. said they knew there was a problem but there is to many trucks out there to fix. A class action law suit is in the works agianst Ford.The program called Marketplace will air again Sunday night 7:00 pm.pacific time for those who get that station.

 

Ford sent out a notice to owners about how to get their tie rods checked properly if they take them to non-ford dealers/shops. Do a search here for tie rods and you'll find lots of info.
