Coolant leak?

So I have a 2020 6.7 F250 and the was a tiny puddle of coolant under the front passenger side wheel well. It seems to only happen when the truck is plugged in but I have not been able to see where it is coming from. Anyone had any issue with their trucks. I added about 1L of coolant to offset the leak. I would take it to a dealer but am remote and don’t want to make a trip for a minor issue on the truck.

checked the main rad line all lines near the leak and the block heater reservoir and no luck

No issues to share but based on where your seeing coolant, it might be leaking from the heater assembly itself. Could be loose, it screws into the block.
This video will give you an idea as to its location

I checked there and there was no sign of leaks and the leak is coming from the front wheel well and still a mystery might just let it leak and hopefully there is enough evidence to see where it is coming from

did you look at the radiator seams?

Also did you pop the hood and look at the T coming off the degas bottle?
