looking for more info on your bed floor replacement i have read your thread on the rebuild ( beautiful job by the way). I am interested in the bed floor replacement but for some reason i cant see all of the pictures you posted

Sorry about the pictures I need to finish fixing them when I have the time.
When I started the project I was hosting the pictures on my site.
Then the Chines high jacked it so I had to get a new domain and that left the picture link broken.

If there are questions I can answer let me know and I will see what I can remember of when I did it back a few years ago LOL
I do remember I used the outer panel of the rear sill, I cut the inner part off from the outer, to finish off the ribbed floor.
Up front because the ribbed floor was a long bed I had to cut it shorter and moved 1 of the cross members to line up with the holes in the frame.
Both of them were some what easy. The brackets for the running boards were a little harder but are pretty solid but even factory I would not step on them.

I know with the long bed beside cutting it shorter 1 of the cross members had to be moved and rewelded to fit the frame holes IIRC.
If you measure the bed blots between the 2 beds and the flsre side frame you can tell where they will sit..
