So I read a post here earlier about a dual snorkel air cleaner and someone said something about a batwing air cleaner. well I looked that up and I remembered that I have one. Set it on the motor thought it looks good cleaned it primed it painted it cleared it. All I needed was to find an air filter element that would fit inside so it would filter air and I have been striking out. Need a 13 by four air cleaner element otherwise it looks great what do you think?
I remember those! I like the design, I got one at a junk yard back in the 60's. I think it came off a GM car, Cadillac or Olds.
I think they even make repops today.
When I converted my oil bath to paper I found K&N's website very helpful. Can key in some size parameters to find a filter that will fit and site will cross reference all brands that match. They showed two that might work. Both out of stock and no cross-references. Crap.
