I cleaned my mass air flow sensor and replaced pcv valve because it was idling low and stalling at stops. Now it’s barely staying idle at all. My 5.4 triton v8 is really needed right now due to all the snow my obd scanner now shows a bunch of other codes it didn’t show before the cleaning of the mass air flow sensor
I'll assume you cleaned the maf with maf cleaner and let it dry completely before plugging it back in.
I would write down the codes you have, clear the codes. Then do a pcm reset and follow this video.
Then check for codes again. It may help to narrow down your issues. If you live in a hot climate, freezing weather may accent cracked or loose vacuum hoses as they contract and split open.
