You can get these through the dealer but I don't know how far FORD goes back.
The Nos. on the left bottom corner is the FORD PUBLICATION NUMBER. You use this ID to source the correct decal.
If the front counter person goes into brain lock when you inquire, ask to talk with the COLLISION PARTS PERSON. All of these decals are available through FORD PUBLICATIONS and not part of FORD P&A. Maybe contact one of the FORD PARTS DEALER online as they are usually more up to speed.
The main reason(s) they won't sell directly to the public is concern about someone wanting to tamper with their emissions build I would imagine.
You might also inquire at a local body shop to see if they can order one for you.
