Need help with power window conversion

So ive been doing alot of research about putting Power windows in my 2001 F350 xl, and i have found that if i dont use a GEM i dont get auto down or delayed shut off But i dont care about those how do i wire those in without using the gem and getting a whole new Cab Harness
All i have found is one for a ford ranger not a f350
