Trying to download and install Torque Pro on my Windows 10 Laptop. Can anyone tell me if "TORQUE" is the same as Torque Pro ? If not, how the neck do I get Torque Pro for Windows ?
I have a 2005 250 with the 6.0 and a no start, great crank situation and trying to troubleshoot via the suggested items in the Tech Folder to continue. But can't figure out how to get the software to download onto laptop.
Working with GOOGLE sucks !
I think it's only available for Android or iOS. Torque Pro is missing a lot of ford specific codes, you would be better off with FORScan which has a windows app.
Thanks Mark...maybe it already worked for me as I didn't start Bluestacks first . Will try again when I get to my laptop. Appreciate the help everyone !
Just looked at the FORScan and bought it from Amazon. Looks much simpler to use/connect. Will help with my MKZ too if I ever need it.! Will be here tomorrow. As it is ICY out there now I can't get out to work on the truck anyway !
Question. Just received the Forscan and it will not "connect" to the truck. Do I have to wait until I get the temp license before it will connect? Using Dell laptop and Win10.
mine FORScan worked without the Lic.. just some test can not be done .. it my understanding. their a menu option on top for the connection. to my recall
I had to buy a Bluetooth toggle to go on my laptop to connect to the OBDII device. unless your laptop has connect to Bluetooth devices. may be the problem
