Ford used the same basic bed sheetmetal layout from 1973 until 1997 except for a couple places (mainly fuel filler neck relief). I don't see why they wouldn't work.
An earlier version was the Lido box but they don't have a swing hinge. Just mount solidly to the side. But if you see any of those for sale it's another option.
Have two of them in my '71 EB.
