Noob - need help ID’ing Step Van

Hi everyone

I bought a 1980 Grumman Olson step van from a guy who didn’t know much about it. Looking for help getting a bead on parts and a service manual.

Online VIN lookups/decoders are giving me trouble.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

VIN on the plate in the cab is C9030 KBF8014W

I expect there’s a better forum/thread for me to post in; let me know and I’ll head there

Are you sure about those digits? They don't fit the format on other Grumman VINs I've seen posted on here.
