1970 C-750 Vin Decode
Those are filled from the top after you pull the boot back. I might be able to find an illustration later today. As for a manual, look at this:
https://www.hipoparts.com/1964-72-fo...ts-catalog-cd/
E = 361 2v FT gas V8
V = Kentucky Truck Plant
J21763 = 1970 numerical sequence
135 = 135 inch wheelbase
No color code, painted a non-standard color.
C750 = C750, 24,000lb GVWR
DB8 = I do not have upholstery info, but color, material and type of seat are indicated here. The combo also indicates Custom Cab w/o sleeper.
M = Clark model 285V 5 speed direct transmission
E1M
E1 = Rear axle code, I have to look for that. EDIT: From a 1980 model decode: E1 = Eaton model 16244 Two Speed Rear Axle / 5.57/7.75 / 17,500 lbs. Rear Axle Capacity
M = Ford 7,000lb capacity front axle with power steering
24000 = 24,000lbs GVWR
182 3800 = 182 certified net HP @ 3800 RPM
463369
46 = Indianapolis District Code
3369 = Special order number. Your engine, axle and transmission codes are present. Only the paint is missing, so the special order may (or may not) have been the paint and probably something else as well.
I'll get back on the axle. If something doesn't match your truck, let me know and I will double check.
edit:
Trying to double check that rear axle code. That code shows for several later trucks, gas and diesel, but I'm a little suspect as I don't have the MPC to confirm the info. As these axles go, that would be pretty tall compared to what Ford usually did for gas engines.

I found it easy to use a picnic mustard container to install a vacuum hose and INVERT to squeeze on the cylinder after removing the boot.
THE other thing I learned was REFILLING while doing the bleeding is important as I ran it dry and introduced more air (but didn't know).
MARK
P.S. you probably have the assist booster by the driveshaft at the rear of the truck.......after doing the wheel cylinders do that one too
