Truck problem
I have a 1990 Ford F-350. It runs good but it’s smoking a lot from the engine. What can it be and please help

Smoking from the tailpipe or is something leaking and burning off in the engine bay? Do you have to add engine oil between changes? What about the transmission, power steering, radiator levels? Do they need to be topped off? You have provided almost no information for us to narrow it down.
