Ha ha ha! Yep. That stuff is a nightmare!
I think the PL would do the trick for foam to fiberglass. That sh...stuff glues pretty much anything. Just need a few dead men "T's" to hold it up firm while drying.

If you want to learn about insulating similar structures check out this forum. Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers ? Index page It is for building campers and has a lot of expertise about that sort of thing. In particular they have a section for foamies which are campers built out of foam panels that would probably have some good information on how to form it to different shapes.
